He says, “This guy is a self-important jackass that drives what I like to call a ’short-bus limo.’  It has livery plates, but it’s not a stretch limo. And he parks like this almost every single night (if all four spots are open when he gets home). This is actually one of his better park jobs. Usually he’s smack dab in the middle of all four spots.”
